Professional Consultation, Evaluation, & Recommendations
This service is designed for the self-coached, someone who exercises on their own, but is looking for some advice and/or guidance with their training program.
During this one-hour consultation, any and all aspects of your training, nutrition, and goals are review and discussed. We will then discuss what you feel you need help with, and what you feel your personal weakness may
be.
After all of this information is obtained, we can then develop a plan to help you get to where you feel you need to be. We are often able to fine turn an athlete’s nutritional and training plans. We often help athletes develop their own training program.
An orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluation is also preformed. Often, specific exercises and training recommendations are giving to help the athlete recovery from training faster, over come an injury, and increase the effectiveness of their body.
A written report of all of the nutrition, training, and recovery recommendations, is prepared for you within one week of your consultation. In order to sure that you understand of the prescribed recommendations, you also receive one month of unlimited contact with your coach by e-mail or phone.
